What we play

Commander's is our most popular format, same as most shops. Pods just form on their own most nights we're open. We run the competitive formats when there's demand (usually on Fridays) and Draft around each new set. Want a format that's not on the calendar? Tell us. Four people asking is usually enough to get a night started. That's how most of ours began.

Prereleases

We hold a prerelease for every Magic set. You get the new cards, a sealed pool, and a few rounds against people figuring it out at the same time you are, before any of it hits shelves. Seats are limited and they go fast, so grab one when the set gets announced.

New, or coming back after a while

Magic's been around thirty years and the card pool is enormous. That's intimidating from the outside and a lot less so once you're sitting down. Come to a Commander night with whatever deck you've got, including a precon straight off our shelf. Nobody here cares that it isn't optimized. And if you haven't played since a decade ago, your cards are almost certainly still legal in Commander. Ask us what's changed and we'll catch you up.

Cards and product

We stock sealed product for current sets, take pre-orders on anything upcoming, and keep a big singles selection in store. More than we have listed online. Before you order a card off the internet, ask at the counter. We probably have it. If we don't, our distributor usually does.
